NANOOK - VIRGINIA

Hey Everyone,I just wanted to give you an update on our sweet boy, Nanook.  He is AMAZING.  After 3 days
with us, he totally knew how to use the dog door-even though he is so small he has to scramble in and
out of it.  He looks bigger to us and is playing great with our other dog, Grendel.  Nanook also has learned
to sit, go to his kennel, and walk on a leash.  He is so smart!  He knows his name too.  We will continue to
send you pictures.  He gets his second round of shots next week.  Everyone who meets him, falls in love
with him.  Hope you are doing well and had a wonderful vacation.
** Update 11/25/08
Hey!Just wanted to give you an update of Nanook.  He is the best dog ever.  He is so sweet and smart.
People stop us when we are walking him to tell us how beautiful he is.  Anyway, here are some
super-cute pictures of the big boy.
Hey Tabatha & Travis,The puppies look amazing!!!  I have sent a
link of your new site to a few people.  Nook is so fantastic.  He is
the star of his obedience class.  The instructor pulled us aside the
first two classes and said that she "wished all dogs were like
Nook because he has the friendliest personality and is so smart"
so I wanted to pass that along.  We love our sweet boy so, so
much.  We will have Olde English Bulldogges forever.  I swear, I'm
trying to tell the world how awesome they are. I'm so glad we
found you.  Please keep us posted (not that I already don't check
your website anyway) on the pups!Happy St. Patty's Day!-Aury

him, he's is a full member of our doggehouse now!!

down the road as to when and who we decide to
breed him
with...  Hope everything is well down there
Juggernaut Bulldogges

I can't believe Nook is now one-year-old!  Where did the time go?  He is, of course, amazing.  People stop us
all the time to tell us how beautiful he is and what a wonderful personality he has.  He is currently snoozing
in the hallway dreaming of squirrels or something.
He is allergic to dust mites and some other storage mites and house flies. He takes his shots like a champ
and doesn't mind the extra special treat afterward.  I haven't weighed him in a while, but last time I did
(probably a month or two ago) he was 63 pounds and still growing.  I have since had to loosen his collar and
expect him to fill out a bit more.  He may get up to 70 or 75 pounds.  Either way, he is a big, sweet boy.
I also wanted to share that the Child Psychology Center at Virginia Tech contacted me about using Nook to
help a child who was afraid of bulldogs. Apparently, the child had some bad experiences with a
neighborhood bulldog and the Center got our name from Nook's obedience teacher (he was the star pupil).
Anyway, we brought him and had to leave him there for the day with treats & toys.  When we picked him up
at the end of the day, the people said that Nook was "the best dog" they had ever worked with and said he
was very relaxed, happy and affectionate with all people. The child ended up walking him on the leash and
working on his sit, down and hi-five tricks and got lots of kisses from Nook.  So, as you can tell, I am very
proud of him.  They asked if they could contact me again if they ever need a dog to work with a child in the
future.

Anyway, what more can I say? He is so fun, funny, sweet and full of personality.  We love him so much.  We
will keep you posted on him and send you more pictures as he grows.  I am attaching a few of him.

Hope you all are doing GREAT!

BRIDGETT
Just a note to let you know Miss Bridgett is doing very well. She had her 2nd puppy
shot at the vet last week. During the exam, she fell asleep on the table so we
seized the moment and had her micro chipped. She weighed 20 pounds and Dr.
Mann said she is going to be a powerful robust girl.
Miss Bridgett is without a doubt food motivated and is learning something new
every day. At just 10 weeks, she will go to the door and ring the bells to let me
know when she needs to go potty outside. She will sit and give you her paw for a
puppy treat. I just love to watch her play with her chew toys and explore the yard.
Miss Bridgett is also sleeping through the night in her crate. Last night a really
cool thing happened, she put herself to bed without me telling her it was bedtime,
Thomas and I were amazed.

(RESULTS NOT TYPICAL...HAHA)
CHESTIE
JUSTICE
We took Justice to an old folks home, and a group home for adults with developmental
disabilities.  Which he thoroughly enjoyed all the attention.  The vet loves him as well, and
the vet tech wants him bad.Potty training is getting better, but we think he is a baby and is
often packed around and wrapped in baby blankets.  I guess that is what happens when an
11 year old is your owner. We are so very grateful to you!  Justice was the right puppy for us,
and everything turned are still going through a lot of paper towel.  We have also dressed
him up in an Oilers jersey and everybody thinks that is hilarious.  I may send the picture to
the Oilers and see if they want to use it for advertising.Justice does
know, or forward my email to people.think he is a baby and is often packed around and
wrapped in baby blankets.  I guess that is what happens when an 11 year old is your
owner. We are so very grateful to you!  Justice was the right puppy for us, and everything
turned out the way it was supposed to.  Thanks so much for everything and if
you ever need a reference please let me know, or forward my email to people.
BISHOP
JUBAL
Thank you so much for welcoming us to your home on Sunday.  The boys really enjoyed
general from Franklin County who never surrendered.  This puppy is a determined little
fellow when he wants to do something or not do something.  We love him dearly.  Our vet
pronounced him a very healthy puppy.  As it turns out our vet is a huge fan of all bulldog
breeds.  He is getting along well with our dog and the kitties.  He is taking well to crate
training, once we get him in the crate.  He is eating well.  Our dog is quite comical looking
when Jubal starts nuzzling under her looking for food.  I'll keep you posted, but for now he is
doing great.Thanks again!

She's doing great.  She's a little
firecracker!  She's so energetic.  She'll

watch...She's been getting into puppy
biting frenzies, but she's getting the idea
that i'm not a chew toy...She's so
smart(:Hope all is well)
